if I'm the Elective teacher for Photography I would go through
interview for each student whom sign up for it.
Bro' said it would be troublesome.
But I told him,
it's better to put your time on people who're seriously interested
then wasting your time on some jerks who're taking things lightly.
They're just taking up spaces.
What if there's still people whom wants this Elective.
But couldn't get in just because of these bunch of jerks?
So interview is a must.
